November 5, 2024 – Watchman River Tom – What Happens After Today’s Election?

Scriptures about peace. John 16: 33, “These things have I spoken to you that in Me, Jesus, you many have peace. In the world you will have tribulation but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

Philippians 4: 6-7, “be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

It is election day. Is Tom going to eat his hat? Tom was so sure we wouldn’t be here! 

Tom’s wife came up with an idea. Make a cookie hat! Tom likes cookies! Tom says a viewer sent him a little cookie press that makes cookies that looks like ball caps that Tom wears. Tom’s wife went to culinary school for baking! Tom shows the picture of a dark green ball cap that has a white cross on it, much like he is wearing today. It is impressive! Tom begins to start eating the cookie! Tells us how good it is and recommends it as a snack today and wishes we could all have one! Tom says he admits it is a little weird to be eating a cookie in front of 30,000 or so viewers! Tom says maybe if the rapture doesn’t happen this week by Friday, I will eat my shoe so I can get another cookie! 

Tom says he did vote, especially as he thinks of the veterans and all that they gave for our country. Admits though it is hard to vote because his eyes are on Jesus. He believes every single sign we are to look for in these days is happening now. Says, waiting for lift off!

There are panic buttons for poll workers, special weapons teams deployed on roofs, hundreds of national guard on standby. National guard from 18 states and DC.  US defense official says Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Iowa, Illinois, N. Carolina, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and Washington State have activated a small number of national guard by state orders. Security ramped up to unprecedented levels. Concerns are of possible civil unrest and violence. Tom says this is the US in 2024, sad.

N. Carolina sets a turnout record of over 4.2 million in early in person ballots. 

As to not be left out, N. Korea Kim fires short range ballistic missiles ahead of US election. It is the second launch in days and just hours before the Americans vote for a new president.

Iran’s state media is declaring the day of vengeance is near. Tom says a lot of rumors say it may start tonight. 

Bubba says a senior researcher at Washington Institute says Iran is expected to attack Israel tonight with 400 missiles to hit the Air Force bases, air defense systems, and defense industries in Haifa area. Bubba says Tuesday evening in Iran time would be Tuesday afternoon in the US. That would be mass chaos for the election. 

Bubba says if anything has been launched tonight its the war rhetoric. The US embassy in Baghdad raises its highest alert level. IDF has heightened its state of alert and readiness in anticipation of Iran’s attack on Israel. Israel channel 12 estimates if Iran attacks it will be by launching double the surface to surface ballistic missiles used on October 1. 

Islamic, pro Iranian group in Iraq admitted a drone attack into S. Israel. Said it was the 6th attack. Israeli military said it had intercepted a drone coming from that direction. 

IDF spokesman said it attacked more that 100 terrorist targets In the Gaza Strip and Lebanon in one day. Dozens of terrorists eliminated and many weapons destroyed.

Tom says the IDF is going through the villages in Lebanon and finding so many weapons hid in houses. Some behind walls where kids were sleeping in their cribs. Israel is saying the weapons they gather may be used against Hezbollah. 

Amir reports of an attack in Damascus Syria yesterday. The infrastructure and assets of Hezbollah intelligence quarters were attacked. Hezbollah operates a headquarters there which endangers Syrian civilians. Amir says there are many strikes to S. Lebanon to Hezbollah targets and operatives right now.

Amir comments Netanyahu said they don’t need a deal with Hezbollah to reclaim the North. Israel’s goal is to reclaim the North. US seeks to broker a ceasefire deal between Israel and Lebanon. Most know Lebanon state does not have the power to reign in the Hezbollah group.

Gospel:

It is critical to be saved, time is running out. Be ready for when Jesus comes in the clouds in the rapture to take all that believe and are saved in Jesus to heaven. We will be in heaven while the 7 year tribulation is on the earth. 

Jesus came to earth to die, shed His blood  for all sins to we can be forgiven of every sin and go to heaven with a Holy God. 

Admit of sins and need for a Savior. Jesus was perfect without sin, the only way to be saved. Believe in faith and receive His forgiveness and will be saved, born again, receive Holy Spirit, changed and rapture ready.

Be saved today, in the family of God with Jesus in heaven forever.
