Psalm 23:1-6 KJV

[1] The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. [2] He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. [3] He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. [4] Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. [5] Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. [6] Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Hi Tom , I wanted to share my testimony as hard as it is. I was raised with my mom and step dad and siblings. My biological dad wasn’t in my life. Anyway my step dad was a drug addict and alcoholic who emotionally and sexually abused me starting at age 7. My biological brother was physically abused. My step dad stopped sexually abusing me when I turned 13 but continued to emotionally abuse me. When I was 16 I told my mom about the abuse and confronted my step dad about it. He told my mom that I wanted it. My mom did nothing and I packed my stuff and left home for a week. When I graduated high school I moved out and didn’t talk to my parents until after I had my first so when I was 21 . I marred my first husband and he was a drug addict and emotional abusive. I had my second son a year later and when he turned 2 I left him and moved in with my parents. The emotional abuse started again and I tried to commit suicide one night but by Gods grace I didn’t. I ended up moving to Indiana thanks to my biological brother and met my husband of now 17 years! He led me to the Lord and I believed I was saved but I had back slide for a few years and in 2021 my youngest and only daughter who was 13 told me that she is a lesbian and I started crying and prayed for God to save her. My daughter now thinks she’s a boy but through all that I grew closer to the Lord and I pray for deliverance for my daughter every day. Through Gods grace I have forgiven my mom and step dad and have a good relationship with them. God has delivered and been with me all my life and now I have a personal relationship with Him and can’t wait to be with the Lord in heaven for eternity! Please pray for my daughter and sorry for the long post! God Bless
