My testimony?  

To me, it doesn’t feel all that special.  Grew up in a church-going family that went to a Baptist Church.  One night, when I was twelve or so, after coming home from church, I dreamt of being in hell.  It was vague, and I don’t remember any details.  But, I realized I didn’t want to go to hell, so I got up, got on my knees and prayed that Jesus would enter my heart.  Then, I went out and told my mom and dad, who were still awake in the living room.  It’s been so long ago that I think they may have prayed the prayer with me a second time to be sure. Never had a dream like it since.  That’s it.  Nothing fancy.  Been a good little Christian Boy ever since.  Always believed in the pre-trib rapture.  Only since 2014 and the Blood Moon Tetrad did I really start paying attention to world events and end-times predictions, because that’s when it got real for me.  I’m 43, now.

I grew up in an atheist dysfunctional alcoholic narcissistic family system. I asked my mom at 9 if i could go to Sunday School on the local church bus collecting kids in our neighborhood. She forbade it and said they’re cults and want to brainwash you. I talked her into it, assuring her,” I just want to make the crafts and have juice and cookies with my friends. We don’t go into the church part” I got saved! Then brought my 2 younger sisters and they got saved too. We didn’t tell our mom. By age 11 and 12 I coerced my mom to let me go to summer bible camp (to give her a break) I lied and said it was free, but i stole the money to go. I lied and said i could borrow clothes from my friends, but i stole them from the local thrift shop. I know!! This is horrible!! But i really wanted to know Jesus and know the Word.

God was calling me! And i knew it! I rationalized lying and stealing because it was for God, I realized later when i was a bit older how crazy that was and repented!

God has held me up in His righteous right hand my entire life! I married into a worse home life situation and fell away from God! But He never left me! After leaving God quickened my spirit, and my relationship and faith has only grown stronger!

We serve a faithful Almighty God!
