NOTES: The Run Up to Ramadan

Tom says everything is running up to the tribulation and before that the rapture.

Tom talks about a memory as a teen when he worked in a restaurant.  Remembers a favorite they made,  like no other, their potato skins.  Smothered in cheese, bacon, onion, fried or boiled.  Would really like some!

Psalm 27:14, wait on the Lord, be of good courage.  Psalm 62:5, trust in Him alone.  Psalm 33:20, Isaiah 40:31, these that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.  Habakkuk 2:3, The Lord is coming!  Hebrews 10:23, Psalm 145:15-16, Psalm 130:5, Hebrews 3:14.

Ramadan starts this Sunday, March 10. There are  calls for violence.  Tom’s pastor is speaking on Revelation and calls it Clash of the Kingdoms.

News:

Israel Today  telegram:  Ahead of Ramadan Palestinian media is full of incitement to violence against Israel and the Jews.  Hamas and its terrorist partners want to see an escalation of war against Israel during Ramadan.  They think that during Ramadan Muslims would be more likely to join the battle.  Many expect a major explosion.

Tom says the end of Ramadan coincides with the date of the Great American eclipse, April 8.  Will see if it brings anything.

Israel Today says just before the start of Ramadan is intense debate within Israel regarding Muslim prayers at the Jerusalem Temple Mount.  Gvir wants to severely restrict Muslim access, both as a punishment of October  7 and to prevent further mass incitement.  Some say restricting it would only make more anger explosions.  Tom says there could be violence either way.

Jerusalem Post:  Jihad spokesman said in a speech for continuation of battle of Al Aqsa flood war with Gaza, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, West Bank and Jerusalem to go out and attack the enemy.  Telling  Arab and Islamic nations to make the 1st day of Ramadan an international day of support for Gaza. The spokesman quoted as saying , “Just as you turn to God in prayer and fasting, turn to the land of Israel with weapons”.

Israel Today:  SInwar  refuses to provide Israel with the list of names of living Israeli hostages.  Sinwar wants to spark unrest in Israel during Ramadan.

Jerusalem Post:  Palestinian Islamic Jihad calls for Ramadan to be a month of terror.  Seeks to escalate attacks in West Bank and Gaza.  Arabs and pro-Iranian groups to unify various fronts against Israel.  Jihad is a proxy of Iran and it has armed men in Gaza and West Bank.  It’s leaders often reside in Damascus.  

Tom says watching closely, very last days, the rapture is so close. Maybe soon  God steps into this battle.

Jerusalem Post:  Israel said to boycott Cairo ceasefire talks over the hostage list.  Hamas rejected demands to give hostage list of the  names of hostages still alive.

Israel Today: Hamas says no hostage deal unless Israel agrees to end the war in Gaza.  Hezbollah says it will not stop attacking Israel until the war in Gaza ends.   Tom reminds Jesus has it all.

Jerusalem Post:  Hezbollah’s  leader’s  grandson killed by IDF in Lebanon attack.  

International atomic energy agency claim they have lost track of Iran’s nuclear progress.  Says lost track the  last 3 years.

British cargo carrier sank that was struck by Houthis anti ship missile 2 weeks ago in the Red Sea.   It was carrying over 41,000 tons of fertilizer causing a severe threat to the marine environment.  Saying ecological disaster of unprecedented scale.  Tom says we don’t hear about it in the media. 

Deadly Texas wildfires  covered over a million acres and killed thousands of livestock, destroyed crops,  highways shut down, thousands evacuated. The fire is only 15% contained.  Pray for the people and  the brothers and sisters there.

6.7 earthquake the island region between New Zealand and Australia.

Past 48 hours earthquakes,  72 over 4.0, 8 over 5.0 and 1 over 6.0.

British company director predicts Ai generated shows coming.  Says Hollywood is concerned. Thinks between 3-5 years.  Concerned about Ai’s video model Soro that is text to video, digitally produced.  Tom says this could affect everywhere, deception.  Come Lord Jesus, come get us.

Testimony, says after listening in 2020 to someones testimony something supernatural happened to her.  She believed, received the Holy Spirit and anxiety gone and felt like she had a new heart.  Was baptized and her husband soon after and the children being brought up in Christ. Tom reads powerful testimonies of how God heals and restores.

Remembers how WW2 affected her parents lives and sees things repeating.

Says the number one sign the rapture is near is all the convergence.  Trusts our Lord and Savior.

Says she is 80 and always kept a tidy house and with coffee, teas, cake and pie for visitors.  Looks around the world now and feels ashamed and disappointed.  Expects a visitor soon, His name is Jesus.  Tidying up, want everything perfect for His return.

Gospel:

Because He loves us so much, He suffered, shed His blood to take away our sins.  Once we believe it will wash away all our sins, white as snow.  His plan for eternity with us.  No pain, suffering, or tears and  willpraise His name forever.  Believe that He died, rose and be saved forever, rapture ready. Warns of rejecting Jesus, the only way to be saved.  Without Jesus will go to hell.
