Scriptures about courage.

Deuteronomy 31: 8. The Lord is the One who goes before you, He will be with you. He will not leave or forsake you so do not fear or be dismayed. Tom says we can be comforted, He is always with us.

Tom is remembering one year ago, what happened October 7 to Israel. Flags are at half staff in Israel.The slaughter of Israelis by Hamas. 250 hostages taken. They say 150 remain although not sure how many are alive. Israel said maybe half. 

Tom says last year Hamas launched thousands of rockets into Israel and so far today, 14. Hamas has been weakened. Says most countries are against Israel. It is the “cup of trembling” it says in the Bible. 

IDF spokesman published the number of launches toward Israel since the beginning of the war.

13,200 launched from Gaza Strip, 12,400 from Lebanon, 400 from Iran, 180 from Yemen, 60 from Syria. 

Since the beginning of the war 26,000 rockets, missiles and drones fired at Israel. 

Bubba says there is heightened security from Israel to Europe and the US. Tom says Israel wants to go strong to eliminate the terrorists. They are pretty determined. We don’t know the timing, it could be anytime.

Tom still thinks this is the war that leads to the 7 year covenant of Daniel 9:27. The world is ready for the 7 year tribulation. The rapture could happen at any time. Looking up every day, our redemption draws near.

Much activity going on today. 

Reports over the weekend Iran grounded all flights for fear of Israel retaliation. 

IDF stopped an attack from Hamas underground launch post in the Gaza Strip.

Israel fighter jets launching strikes to S. Lebanon. 

Serious attacks in Beirut. Saying Beirut’s weapons depot in flames. 

Ground maneuver expanding.

Overnight Israel Air Force and IDF struck targets in central Gaza. 

Amir said right after midnight in Israel, when it turned October 7, rockets started coming from Hamas and Hezbollah. A few were injured when 2 UAV’s from Yemen were intercepted. 

US centcon chief held talks over Iran and Lebanon in Israel. 

Article says Hezbollah is being defeated. Everything they built in the last 20 years is being destroyed. Hezbollah has brought Lebanon into a war bringing destruction. They say it looks like Gaza. 

French president Macron calls for immediate arms embargo to Israel. Netanyahu responds saying no country would accept rocket barrages on its own citizens. 

There was report of an earthquake in Iran near Tehran in the desert. But later it was determined it was the result of a nuclear test in Iran. Says it was the first time they have done that.

On last Thursday, the last day of Feast of Trumpets, a group of Jews smuggled shofars to the Temple Mount. Despite police efforts to stop them they blew all the required blasts. They say this is probably the first time since the second temple stood that the shofar has sounded on the Jew’s holiest site.

Tom says something will happen in the Temple Mount soon. Maybe an errant missile. The 3rd temple will be built, after the rapture. 

Amir lists all the countries that have banned public support for Hamas. Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain.

On the other side, places where pro Hamas protests occur  daily is, UK, EU, and US. Amir says it appears the Middle East understands the reality of living under the terrorist regime, unlike the West. 

Iran’s military chief was said to have been killed the same time as the Hezbollah commander. Then they said he would appear on a TV program to the one year date of the war in Gaza. But when it happened he did not show up. Just a letter. Tom says pretty clear he is gone. 

We need to continue to pray for all affected from hurricane Helene. There are terrible stories of the things going on over there. Some of it is from what the government is doing to the people. Not helping and actually causing harm.

Now hurricane Milton is set to hit Florida in the middle of the week. Said it will be a Cat 4, maybe even a Cat 5 when it hits the coast of Florida near Tampa, says it could affect all of Florida.  Potentially life threatening system. Deadly storm surge. Winds up to 150 mph. Please pray.

Gospel: 

Jesus came to earth to give His life so we could live. We were dead in our sins and Jesus, perfect, without sin took it upon Him. He died, shed His blood that washes us from every sin so we would be forgiven. Must admit of our sin and need for a Savior. Believe in what He did and receive forgiveness. Will be saved, born again, receive Holy Spirit, changed and rapture ready. Jesus rose on the 3rd day and is in heaven preparing a place for us to be with Him when He comes in the clouds to take all who believe to be with Him forever in heaven.

He loves us. Be saved today.
