Watchman River Tom – April 13, 2024 – Nothing?  What’s going on?

Tom is not seeing Iran retaliate as they threatened.  Quiet right now, likes that we can just hang out together while waiting for the pre-tribulation rapture.  We have things to do, people need to be saved, while we watch and wait.

Tom wants to share rapture verses.

1 Corinthians 15:51-52  “I tell you a mystery, we shall not all sleep but all be changed.  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye at the last trumpet.  For the trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised incorruptible and we shall all be changed.”   We that belong to Him will get a new body  that is fit for eternity, just for each one of us. 

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18. “The Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout,  the voice of an archangel and with the trumpet of God.  And the dead in Christ will rise first and we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, thus we shall always be with the Lord.  Therefore comfort one another with these words.”  

It is very comforting to know we will be with the Lord!

John 14:1-3 – He has many mansions for us and will  take us, who believe in Him,  there.  It will be much more than we can even picture.

2 Thessalonians 2:7-8. Shows Jesus coming to meet us in the clouds, and His second coming to the earth, we come with Him. 

1 Thessalonians 5:2-6 He comes as a thief in the night to unbelievers.  We are in the light. We watch seriously and will know of His coming.  Titus 2:13,

Revelation 3:10 – He keeps us from the hour of trial, pre-tribulation, those that believe in Him.

Old Testament rapture verse:  Isaiah 26:19-21 .. come my people, enter your chambers and shut your doors behind you, hide yourself .. for a little moment until the indignation is past.

News – 

Israel Today says Iran has joined Houthi proxies, seized a container ship in the Strait of Hormuz.  It was going from UAE to India.  Iran militants took over the Portuguese ship, a ship partially owned by a Jewish man.  Tom says that was enough for Iran to join the Houthis and get a hold of this ship.

Israel Today says Iran confirms it did this. Claims the ship belongs to the Zionist regime.  According to an unconfirmed Saudi report Iran officials say  this is the much feared response.   Tom says is that the response? Wonders what the Arab world thinks.  Will see.

Last night was a barrage of rockets from Lebanon to Northern Israel.  Drones and dozens of rockets.

Israel Today article says  has Iran been deterred by the level of preparedness in Israel and the deployed US military assets? Or have the element of surprise?  Everyone was certain the attack would happen yesterday.

Yesterday a tragedy in Israel.  A 14 year old Shepard boy named Benjamin was tending the sheep and went missing. They found him, he had been killed.  Netanyahu vowed that the Palestinians that did this will pay.  When he was missing and the Jewish people were looking for him, it is said Palestinians were shooting and throwing rocks at the people searching for him.  It is said the little boy was stoned to death by 2-3 terrorists.   We pray.

Reuters says  Irish PM said they are close to formally recognizing a Palestinian State.  Said it wanted to do so with Spain and other like-minded countries.

Tom says God is going to step into this war at some point.  The rapture is going to happen, then sudden destruction. Very, very soon.

Past 24 hour earthquakes – 41 over 4.0, 6 over 5.0.

Tom says  even clown world is slow today.

Haiti is suffering, over 95,00 people have fled the Haiti capital in a month.  Violence by powerful gangs, worse since February.  Food shortages, lack of medicine.  Pray.

Another incident. Tom asks is it intentional?  26 barges damage bridges and dam in the Ohio River.  The barges “broke loose” and floated downstream.  Bridges had to be shut down, up into Pittsburg.

Comments of being saved when young, from a Gospel tract.  Says was saved in 2020, thankful we were still here.

Feeling more sensitive in her spirit these days, praying for more to be saved.  Praying for the Holy Spirit to draw and fill. It changes lives.  Only receive the Holy Spirit by believing in Jesus.

Gospel –

Jesus the Savior who came from heaven, God’s son, the only One perfect.  Never sinned.  We are all sinners and need to be saved by the blood of the Lamb to remove all our sins so we can be cleaned of all our sins.  Don’t reject the payment or will go to hell. 

Believe, be saved, born again, forever in heaven.  Be saved today.
