It’s April 8, the day of the Great American eclipse.

Starts with Scriptures about trusting in Him.

.Psalms 56:3  Whenever I am afraid I will trust in You.

Psalms 91:1-2  He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.  I will say of the Lord He is my  refuge and my fortress my God, in Him will I trust.

Matthew 6:26 The birds of the air neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns yet your Heavenly Father feeds them.  Are you not more value than they are?

Hebrews 13:6 so we may boldly say the Lord is my helper, I will not fear.  What can man do to me.

Tom talks about this eclipse.  Wants to remind us that we shouldn’t put a hope on a certain day, like today, for the rapture.  Too easy to get discouraged.  Put our trust in Jesus.  He is the rock.  If he doesn’t come today or tomorrow nothing has changed.  All the signs are there that we shouldn’t ignore or overlook.

Tom comments many look at the rapture as a rescue.  To get away and free from their troubles.  Troubles are what comes for everyone.  We  understand, especially when we have serious trouble and these hard times. That is when we rely and trust in Him.  We know what is coming, the Marriage Supper of the Lamb!  Hang on and trust in Jesus.  He is coming to get us soon, don’t get discouraged waiting.  Tom’s  pastor said yesterday  we need to have one foot in prophecy and one foot here, so we are occupying.   Can’t have both feet in the world, or both feet in prophecy, unbalanced.  Tom says but it’s soon!

News:

Times of Israel:  Galant said IDF troops withdraw from Kahn Yunis of South Gaza is to prepare for the Rafah operation. Galant says they will reach a situation where Hamas does not control the Gaza Strip, where it does not function as military and pose a risk to Israel.

Israel Today – Chief of staff of Israel said the war in Gaza continues and far from stopping.  Said Senior Hamas officials are still hiding and will reach them sooner or later.  Won’t leave any Hamas brigades active in any part of the Gaza Strip.  He said this is a long war with varying intensity.  Seems in some places life has returned to normal while all the soldiers are fighting and the families feel it.  In a multi arena war no reason for panic but also no place for complacency.

Ben Gvir threatens to topple Netanyahu over the Rafah offensive.  Said Israel is under internal pressure not to launch its planned attack on Rafah.  Where there are about a million people who have fled there from parts of Gaza. Netanyahu is also facing calls from his own ministers not to bow to this pressure.  

Ben Gvir said if the PM decides to end the war without an exhaustive attack on Rafah in order to deal with Hamas he will not have a mandate to continue serving as PM.  

Tom says right now Israel and many others including US are waiting for Iran to retaliate from the attacks Israel did on the consulate last week in Syria.

Syria President Assad has reportedly taken his entire family on vacation outside of his country.  Much speculation this has something to do with a looming Iranian attack on Israel.  Tom says it sounds strange.

Israel Today says something is going on and the public is largely in the dark at the moment.  Negotiators have left Cairo and Egypt signaling success.  Ask, are we about to see a comprehensive hostage ceasefire deal?  That’s what the Biden Administration wants.  But how, when Hamas still demands a full withdrawal of Israel troops and the return of Palestine to North Gaza.  Or is the sudden withdraw of most IDF forces from Gaza a brief calm before the next storm?

Amir  comments a leader in Hamas said the Hamas delegation left Cairo today to consult with the movement’s leadership.  Says there is no progress in the negotiations in Cairo and the Israeli delegations have not responded to any of the Hamas demands.   Tom can’t see a ceasefire happening.

Article says Iran seems to have been handed an alarming green light to pursue their nuclear ambitions.  Say time is running out to stop Iran’s march toward acquiring nuclear weapons capability.  Biden’s response has been silence, massive funding of Iran and absence of intervention.

Sever storms with large hail and tornados in the south nearly every day this week.  Says it will threaten the southern plains, Gulf Cost and other parts of the south nearly every day this week.

A threat of severe weather covers Dallas and large part of Texas as millions hope to take in the eclipse.  

Last 48 hours. 107 earthquakes over 4.0, 18 over 5.0.

Disturbing news,  Psychoactive drugs made from human bones cause addicts to dig up graves.  Called national emergency as Zombie narcotics sweep through West Africa killing dozens a month.  Police officers guard cemeteries. The  last days.

Flying the Friendly Skies

Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 makes emergency landing in Denver after part of engine cover fell off and struck the wing flaps.  Tom hears of so many plane mishaps.

CNN report:  AI could be as consequential to the economy as electricity says JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Diamond. Says AI will have a huge impact on global businesses this year.  Said AI has already transformed workplaces across the world and nearly 40% of the global employment could be disrupted by AI according to IMF.  From medicine to music, already felt effects.  Clown World, advancing so fast.

Comments-  

Says she was pleading for her friend to accept Jesus as we are in the last days.  At that moment was an earthquake and she responds, crying.

Another said she’s  an aid in school and rides bus and they were talking about the earthquake in New Jersey.  She had been telling the driver earthquakes are going to get worse and now she is paying attention.  Then a guy comes and also talks about them and he said, all that is talked about in the Bible is starting.  Now people are paying more attention and seeing it.  

Tom said people need to know the Lord, the fields are ripe.

The world is preparing for wars, heaven is preparing for a wedding.  The Spirit and the Bible say come Lord Jesus come.

Gospel:

We are very concerned for those left behind and what is about to happen.  They need to realize the greatest love story was when God sent His only begotten Son to take care of the sin problem,  Jesus came to shed His blood on the cross, a perfect sacrifice required to remove every sin.   The requirement for forgiveness of sin is to believe in what He did for us.  Tell Him you believe He died, was buried and rose again the 3rd day  and  you will be saved. Will receive the Holy Spirit and rapture ready.  Saved forever.

Tom warns every day of what happens if reject this, will go to hell, sins unforgiven.
